    The ME Switchboards are built of CRCA sheet steel of 14/16 SWG. A 3 mm thick base frame is provided to facilitate easy installation. The structure for housing the components is made to ensure that the components are supported adequately without deformation of loss in alignment during transit or operations. The cabling chambers are designed for generous cabling space. The ventilating hoods are provided with perforated sheet to prevent entry of vermin. The doors are fitted with sealing gaskets to make the panel dust free. The standard size of compartments facilitates optimum utilization of panel space.
    The sheet steel used in the panels undergoes a rigorous 7 tank process to render them long lasting and rust retardant. They are then finished with epoxy paint to shade 631 of IS5 or as per specific requirements. Also, powder coating can be provided as an option.
